This 2 Br villa is located at West Hyde Park in Kingston Resort. It's on the 1st floor with no stairs. The main bedroom has a King bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds. There is a sofa pull out in the living room. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes) Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Great getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kingston Plantation. The location is close to the beach, a golf course and great shopping as well. Perfect spot for day trips to locations close by. Would recommend staying here.

The location is ideal for your stay in Myrtle Beach. You have access to pool that just outside your patio door is you want some quiet time. Also, there is another pool right by the beach that is a short walk away. We went beach, pool, beach all week long - it was perfect! Our host was super helpful and we would stay with them again in second.

The person who lives (or stayed) in the unit above us had a large dog that barked constantly.

The unit has a serious roach problem. Found them everywhere each morning. And the large dog above the unit made it difficult for us to give our young children naps.

First Navin was very responsive, and the Villa was very clean and well kept. No issues with the living and comfortability of the place at all. However, the location is just too far from the Beach. I am a very active person, and the walk in the morning, lugging beach stuff was brutal. Even with a lighter load, on way back, it was challenging. I would highly recommend a golf cart. I would stay there again if they had one, if not, I would probably plan better and find a location closer....

Memorial Weekend Beach Trip

We have stayed at the Kingston Plantation many times, and it is one of our favorite places to stay for a vacation. This condo unit was very nice and in a great location. We really enjoyed staying at this unit. The only issue we had was we were a late arrival, and discovered we had no hot water, and very little water pressure. We called and texted numbers we had for assistance, but no one returned our call. The next morning (Saturday) I started trying to investigate the problem, I discovered the hot water valve was turned off to the water heater, and when I found the breaker box, the breaker to the water heater was off. This resolved our problem. I had still not heard from anyone regarding service to this date. I texted the same number that i had texted previously for assistance to inform someone that I had resolved the problem, and I immediately received a response stating "Ok let me know if you need anything". It would have been nice if someone would have responded to my previous response when I had requested for help to let me know they had received my issue, and was working to get it resolved. Besides this minor issue, we had a great vacation, and would definitely come back. Thanks

Conforme à nos attentes, bien situé, bel environnement extérieur et gestionnaire vraiment prompt à répondre à nos questions. Le seul bémol que je dois noté est la propreté relative des lieux. Le plancher aurait besoin d’un vrai nettoyage et nous avons nettoyé nous-mêmes la porte patio afin d’apprécier la vue extérieure. Une couche de peinture pour rafraîchir l’ensemble serait également bienvenue.

Clean and peaceful, a little further from amenities than expected

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and the kids loved being by the pond to feed fish and turtles. We were a little further from the beach than expected but the kids didn't mind the walk (age 6-11). We were a little disappointed that the pools we had access to were a 15 min walk and we didn't have access to the nearby indoor pool or fitness center (the daily walk to the beachside pool with supplies would be tough for small kiddos), but the owners were quick to answer questions and send beach gear when we requested it.

West Hyde Park Resort has everything any family would love. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For adults there is the golf course just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For nature lovers, there are beautiful walking trails, a boardwalk connecting other Kingston Plantation properties, and a lovely personal balcony to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
