We’re delighted that you’re interested in Lathen and the surrounding area and that our spacious holiday rental “Bernd” has caught your attention.
The apartment is located near the town centre in a quiet area. A bakery, supermarket, and train station are nearby and easily accessible on foot.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has a living area of 115 m².
The highlight of the apartment is a sunroom with underfloor heating and a large 50-inch Smart TV. The living room features a second 55-inch TV. In addition, there is a large covered terrace where you can enjoy barbecues and relax.
Our modernly furnished holiday rental features 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with twin box-spring beds and two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed.
A travel cot and a high chair are available for small children.
The large, well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, blender, refrigerator, and separate freezer.
Free Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
Parking is available in front of the apartment.
If you have bicycles with you, they can be stored in a garage belonging to the holiday rental and charged if needed.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.

Sehr schöner Ort mit allem was man so benötigt. Preis Leistung ist kaum zu toppen. Sind von dort aus täglich nach Schloss Dankern gefahren. 15 Minuten entfernt sehr zu empfehlen.

Kurzaufenthalt in toller Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt im beschaulichen Lauten und bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein tolles Bad, ein schickes Wohnzimmer, geräumige Schlafzimmer und nicht zu vergessen der tolle Wintergarten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Ferienwohnung!

Die sehr große und sowohl praktisch als auch nett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt zu Fuß gut 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Sie ist sehr komfortabel mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben (u. a. schnelles Glasfaser-Internet) und Kochen braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht, das alles gut funktioniert (anfangs gab es ein Problem mit der Heizung). Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder!
