Eifel Region, vacation home - 2-bedroom vacation home in the Eifel Region for up to 3 people

Travelling to and Arriving in the Vulkaneifel – at the ZEITquartier Since the Eifel offers a wide variety of holiday activities—whether you’re looking for action (hiking, biking) or just want to slow down (leisurely walks)—you can rent me, an old Eifel house (completely renovated in 2021). My holiday guests—1 to a maximum of 3 people—will find me as a holiday rental: an 85-square-meter comfortable living space spread over two open levels.
The property is completely fenced in and therefore suitable for a holiday with a dog. Are you travelling with a dog? Please indicate this when booking.
I’m well-equipped with modern amenities and very cosy. I also have my own garden terrace. Bicycles can be stored in my garden shed. I’ve been located on the Ringseiter volcano in Kirchweiler for 150 years. This is a small town in the GesundLand Vulkaneifel region. (Daun approx. 8.0 km, Gerolstein approx. 7.0 km)



Ground Floor
The ground floor features a small entryway with a coat rack and a separate luggage storage area. The open and modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker (pod and filter machines), toaster, and much more, and features a dining area with 4 chairs.
In the living area, you’ll find a fold-out sleeper chair where you can spend cosy hours in front of the wood-burning stove (Bullerjahn).
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
Attic Level
Spacious living area with a sofa, TV chair, ottoman, round table with chairs, closet, bookshelf, box-spring bed (1.60 m wide), and skylight with sun-blocking blinds.

“The guest fee (formerly the visitor’s tax) of the Daun Municipal Association, amounting to 2.10 EUR per night for guests aged 18 and older, is already included in the total price. You will receive your guest card, along with the associated services and benefits, digitally or directly at the accommodation upon arrival."

On-site fees: Minimum stay: 3 nights. Free Wi-Fi. Parking space in front of the house—there is a public parking area across the street. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. Includes final cleaning and a linens package. Dogs are welcome but should not lie on the couch or recliner without an additional cover (blanket). The bed should be off-limits to the dog. Please register your dog directly when booking. Dogs should not be left unattended in the house. The owner is liable for any damage caused by the animal. Additional fee for dog owners: 9 € per day per dog.
