About this property

Detached holiday home in the Eifel, allergy-friendly wooden construction.

Our holiday home (for up to 4 people) is located in a quiet outskirts and is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and bike tours. The town center is only a 5-minute walk away, there is a bakery, butcher, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctor, 2 restaurants and a cozy café.

Our barrier-free holiday home was built in 2014 and has a living space of 55 m². The ecological wooden construction makes it particularly suitable for allergy sufferers.
There is underfloor heating in the entire living area, an additional wood stove in the living / dining area (firewood is provided) provides the special flair.

Het is een heerlijk, schoon, comfortabel en compleet ingericht huis. Alles wat je nodig kan hebben is er en alles wat overbodig zou zijn is er dan ook niet. Je merkt dat bij de bouw en inrichting goed nagedacht is.

Tolle Unterkunft, super sauber, modern ausgestatt. In der Küche findet man alles was das Herz begehrt. Sogar Gewürze, Kaffeefilter etc. Weiterhin gibt es Bücher, Wanderkarten und eine Menge Spiele.

Gemütliches, sehr sauberes Holzhaus mit Kamin, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Zahlreiche Outdooraktivitäten für Kinder in der Umgebung. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto. Wir kommen wieder.

Wochenende in der Eifel

Wir haben den kleinen Wochenendurlaub sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist super schön, aus Holz und mit einem gemütlichen Kamin ausgestattet. Die Lage am Ortsrand ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt for ausgiebige Spaziergänge und ein leckerer Bäcker ist fußläufig. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und die Flexibilität bzgl An- und Abreise. Das macht das Reisen mit kleinem Kind sehr viel einfacher und angenehmer!

Wir haben als Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in der Eifel verbracht. Das Haus ist einfach zauberhaft - liebevoll und zugleich funktional eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Durch die gelungene Aufteilung wirkt das Haus größer als die angegebenen 55 qm und nicht zuletzt der Kaminofen sorgt für Behaglichkeit. Dahlem ist ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit genug Abwechslung für Groß und Klein. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt!

Ankommen & Wohlfühlen

Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren & erholsamen Urlaub. Ein tolles Ferienhaus in dem es an nichts fehlte. Die Vermieter sehr herzlich & unkompliziert, hatten jederzeit ein offenes Ohr. Wandern & Radfahren direkt von der Haustür aus, was will man mehr. Die Gegend eine Wohltat fürs Auge. Wir kommen gern wieder und werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus. Der Austausch mit der Familie Gösler war immer schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Garten ist durch Bäume ect etwas abgetrennt so das wir unsern kleinen Sohn dort spielen lassen konnten. Auch ein Grill und Garten Stühle waren vor Ort. Die Ausstattung hat bei uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen, von Gewürzen über Handtücher und Toilettenpapier war alles ausreichend vor Ort. Wir fanden es toll und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Geweldig verblijf

We zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdagochtend gebleven en hebben heerlijk uigerust in deze prachtige woning. In het echt nog beter dan op de foto's. We kregen de sleutel van de hele vriendelijke buurvrouw. De geur van de woning door het hout was heerlijk. Lekker warm binnen ook wn van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief prachtige badkamer en plissé gordijnen op alle ramen en deuren. We raden het 100% aan.

Ein Ort der Erholung

In diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus lässt es sich zur Ruhe kommen. Die Atmosphäre im großzügigen Wohn-Ess-Zimmer mit der hohen Decke und dem Kamin wirkt sehr entspannend. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, perfekt sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Kleines Traumhaus in herrlicher Umgebung

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im perfekten Ferienhaus. Es hat nichts gefehlt, war super sauber, gemütlich, bequem, angenehm temperiert und und und. Die Vermieterin war super nett. Bäcker, Fleischer und Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Dahlemer Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein. Aber selbst Trier und Belgien sind per Auto für einen Tagesausflug gut machbar. Ganz lieben Dank für eine tolle Zeit!
