Exclusive mountain lodge style apartment - 90 m² - Free WIFI

Our comfortable apartment has been completely renovated in the "Moutain Lodge Style".
The apartment is on the 1st Floor of a residential building in the heart of Ortisei with access through the pedestrian zone.
The spacious and bright apartment for 4 people (approx. 90 m²) consists of two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, two separate bathrooms with toilet and shower, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a living room with couch and corner bench, two 42 ' 'LED color TV with satellite reception, free WIFI, a sunny south-facing balcony with a view of the Dolomites and the village square "Raetia".
Your vehicle (car) can be parked in one of the nearby garages for a fee of approx. 12 Euro per day. Due to the central location, you can easily reach all nearby grocery stores, bars and restaurants as well as other shopping opportunities, as well as the nearby lift facilities (Seceda or Alpe di Siusi) or the central ski bus stop.

Great Location

As others have said, the apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to the lifts, restaurants and other amenities. Very clean apartment with comfortable beds. The apartment was roomy and very comfortable. The host met us at the small church at St. Anthony square and accompanied us to the apartment. This was very helpful.

We spent a fabulous week here with another couple. The apartment was perfect for two couples. Both bedrooms are spacious and immaculate. The bedroom with the en suite bathroom has a door out to the deck and a view of Sasso Lungo. The other bedroom has plenty of closet/drawers and occupants of this room use the bathroom across the foyer. This bathroom has more counter space than the other as well as a bidet. So each has it’s advantages - flip a coin to decide who gets which bedroom! The livingroom is a great gathering space with a glass door looking out at the village and up at Sasso Lungo. Our friends 3 adult kids stayed down the street and walked up for breakfast before we all headed out for hikes. There is plenty of seating for evening gatherings as well, with the dining table large enough for the 7 of us to play cards. While the kitchen is small, it has everything you need to create delicious meals with the grocery store just a short walk up the street. The location couldn’t be beat! It’s a short walk to both gondolas (the escalators are so close!) and the funicular, and yet the apartment is set back from the bustle of the main street so it’s very quiet. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive and made checking in and out very seamless. We highly recommend this apartment!

Great appartment for 4. Very comfortable and nicely decorated with a modern take on Alpine decor. Parking is 4 mins walk away in a neighbouring hotel and cost €50 for a week. Would have been nice to have had tea towels and a dish cloth supplied. People don’t want to be bringing or buying that kind of thing. Kitchen was a bit lacking in basics like decent sized cups and a salt and pepper mill. We didn’t expect a full larder but to have salt and pepper would have been nice. Other than that, no complaint just praise for a really nice appartment.

Excellent location. The unit is as described, there is much attention to detail with respect to its decor. The landlord has attended to some of the previous guests concerns, but not all, with respect to incidentals and everyday items that a rental like this might normally have. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral.es gibt ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge die der Vermieter vielleicht beherzigen könnte:zB: Kosmetik Mülleimer, Spültücher/Spülschwamm, Müllbeutel , Spülmaschinen Tabs.( es gab nur 1 tab und 1 Beutel) was ich als sehr kleinlich fand. Ansonsten muss alles gekauft werden... alles. Da habe ich schon andere Ausstattungen für diese Preisklasse erlebt. Das wäre dad einzige Manko.

Wir waren begeistert, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral. Alles ist fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar (Seilbahn, Skidepot, Busbahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art). Dennoch ist die Lage ruhig und entspannt. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt

Geweldig verblijf in mooi Ortisei

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement. Het is groot, netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien en ook nog middenin het centrum! Beide grote liften (Seceda en Seiser Alm) zijn op loopafstand, ideaal dus. De eigenaar heeft ons heel vriendelijk en goed geholpen bij aankomst. Parkeren kan makkelijk in het naast gelegen hotel (12 per dag).Kortom, we komen graag nog eens terug in dit appartement.

Zentrale Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral in der zweiten Häuserreihe in der Fußgängerzone. Restaurants und Supermark sind in der Nähe. Die Skilifte sind auch zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Leider ist der beschriebene Parkplatz im Hotel Enzian nicht garantiert. In der Hochsaison hat das Hotel keine Plätze mehr gehabt. Deshalb mussten wir uns selbst einen teureren Parkplatz in einem entlegenen Parkhaus suchen. Es wäre schön, wenn in der Diele Kleiderhaken wären. Dann könnte man feuchte Jacken aufhängen. Im "Skikeller" gibt es leider keine Sitzmöglichkeiten, um sich die Skischuhe anzuziehen. Im oberen Stockwerken waren die Nachbarn laut. Es gab morgens und abens laute Geräusche vom Trampeln und Stühlerücken. Die Wohnung ist zwar schön aber es wäre etwas angenehmer, wenn ein paar Bilder an den Wänden wären, dann würde es nicht so steril aussehen. Es gibt genügend Stauraum in den Schränken, um alle Sachen unterzubringen. Der Kühlschrank ist etwas unglücklich hinter einer Tür eingebaut. Somti muss man aufpassen, dass niemand in die Küche kommt, wenn der Kühlschrenk offen ist. Die Coutch im Wohnzimmer ist für 4 Personen nicht bequem. Der Esstisch ist ausreichend groß.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mitten in St. Ulrich

Diese Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum! Modern und chic eingerichtet, trotzdem durch die Verwendung von Holz sehr gemütlich. Sehr viel Stauraum! Gute Küche mit Spülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank. Zum Ausladen kann man mit Hilfe des Vermieters direkt bis vor die Haustür fahren, danach fanden wir einen Platz für 1 Woche in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung mitten in der Fußgängerzone liegt, hat man nur 2 Minuten Gehweg zum Spar und zum Bäcker. Auch zum hübschen Schwimmbad läuft man nur 5 Minuten. Man erhält einen gratis Buspass, so dass man auch in die anderen Ortedes Tals per Bus fahren kann, um dort schöne Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Alles war einfach super- perfekt! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
