You have full, private use of the entire home and backyard. The garage is reserved for the owner, but the driveway fits three vehicles and street parking is available directly in front.

You're in one of La Quinta's most walkable pockets - the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is less than a mile away, making this a go-to for BNP Paribas Open fans.



Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds are a quick 5-minute drive.



Dozens of restaurants, sports bars, coffee shops, and golf courses are within easy reach.



Joshua Tree National Park is a scenic 1-hour drive - a perfect day trip.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider valley. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is approximately 25 minutes away. Ride-share services are readily available throughout La Quinta.

The private pool and spa are yours exclusively; pool heating is $60/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month, max 82F) and spa heating is free.

The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



No pets, due to severe allergies.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. Early/late by 2 hours is $75 when available; early check-in is not offered during festival season.
