The Space:

Casa Sicilia is a generously proportioned beachfront residence with 9 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms, designed to comfortably host up to 24 guests. The layout prioritizes openness and flow, with expansive indoor and outdoor common areas that invite gathering, relaxation, and long days by the sea.



Outdoors, the villa features a large ocean-facing swimming pool, two jacuzzis, and direct access to the beach. For active guests, the property includes a fully equipped gym, as well as pickleball and paddleball courts, offering a balance between leisure and activity.



The interiors are designed for group living, with multiple lounge areas and social spaces that allow guests to be together without feeling crowded. The scale of the property makes it ideal for family reunions, retreats, or group celebrations that value comfort and privacy.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire villa and all its amenities. The property includes direct beach access, pool, jacuzzis, gym, sports courts, and all indoor and outdoor common areas.

Casa Sicilia is located in Rancho Neptuno, a quiet beachfront area approximately 15 minutes by car from La Punta, where guests will find restaurants, cafés, bars, and Puerto Escondido’s main social scene. The setting offers a more secluded and peaceful atmosphere while remaining within easy reach of town.



Getting Around:

Private transportation is recommended. Taxis and private drivers are commonly used to move between Rancho Neptuno and Zicatela or other areas of Puerto Escondido. On-site parking is available.



Other Things to Note:

Casa Sicilia is equipped with a full-capacity emergency generator capable of supplying electricity to the entire property. A security system monitors exterior areas for added peace of mind.



The base Airbnb price includes accommodation for up to 16 guests. For groups larger than 16, an additional fee of $1,500 MXN per extra guest per night applies.

The villa has on-site staff available 24/7 to assist with any needs or emergencies during your stay.

Daily housekeeping and cooking services are included, provided between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Tips are not included. Food and beverages are not included; however, we can assist with grocery shopping upon request, with costs covered by the guest.
