Located in the heart of La Punta, Punta Tamarindo is a contemporary-designed retreat created for your group, with all spaces and amenities reserved exclusively for up to fourteen guests. With five king suites and a two-bedroom villa, the property blends modern architecture with local materials, offering privacy, comfort, and the relaxed atmosphere that defines Puerto Escondido.



The Space:

Punta Tamarindo combines wood, palm, and concrete with ethnic details and open, breezy spaces that invite you to slow down. The five king suites each feature a private bathroom, air conditioning, and minibar; the two-bedroom villa offers extra space for families or friends. The pool and sun lounge area form the heart of the property, complemented by shared spaces such as the kitchen and dining area—perfect for gathering after a day at the beach.



Guest Access:

When booking the full house, you will have exclusive access to all suites and the villa, as well as the pool, sun loungers, kitchen, and dining area. Parking is for motorcycles only.



The Neighborhood:

La Punta is Puerto Escondido’s most vibrant area, with the beach just three blocks away and a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops. Its prime location allows you to enjoy the best of the area on foot, while Punta Tamarindo ensures a private, quiet space when you need it.



Getting Around:

Everything is within walking distance. To explore further, you can rent a bike or take local taxis. The area is very safe, and we also have a CCTV system monitoring the surroundings for added peace of mind.



Other Things to Note:

Out of respect for neighbors, parties and loud noises are not allowed after 11:00 PM. Punta Tamarindo is designed for guests who want to enjoy the beach, great food, and rest in an aesthetically pleasing and welcoming environment.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy and are available to assist when needed. Housekeeping is available upon request between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM.
