A special highlight is the south/west-facing terrace with an unobstructed view of the greenery and a small stream, where you can enjoy the sun in a beach chair well into the evening hours. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with TVs—one bedroom features a double bed measuring 180 x 210 cm, and the second bedroom also has a double bed (the beds can be separated into two single beds). Electric blinds—found in every room of the apartment—ensure a comfortable night’s sleep in both bedrooms. The apartment also features a living/dining room with a bright, open kitchen (kitchen worktop height: 103 cm) and direct access to the south/west-facing terrace. In addition to the toilet in the beautiful, spacious, natural-light-filled shower room—which features a mirror cabinet and a barrier-free shower—a separate guest bathroom is available. The washing machine is located in the apartment’s storage room. The apartment’s private parking space is right next to the building. Here, if needed, you can charge your electric vehicle for a fee at the charging station that comes with the apartment.
