This 2-room holiday apartment is located on the 5th floor of Building C in the Berolina apartment complex. The apartment has a living area of approximately 46 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people.

A cosy, furnished combined living and sleeping area with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and access to a covered, furnished balcony awaits you. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed (approx. 2x 90x200 cm) and a bunk bed (2x 80x200 cm) in the separate bedroom. A large closet in the living room and a chest of drawers in the separate bedroom provide storage for your clothes. The separate kitchen with a dining table is well-equipped and even features an oven at a comfortable working height. In the interior bathroom, a bathtub offers relaxation after a long day at the beach. Enjoy the view from the balcony of Holstein Switzerland and the beautiful sunset in the evening hours. Wi-Fi is included. A travel cot and a high chair are available for younger guests.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and countryside views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
