Main Street is just a 1-mile walk, putting shops, dining, and entertainment within easy reach. During ski season, walk out of the heated garage, cross the street and hop on the free gondola to find yourself on Breckenridge's legendary slopes within minutes.

• Third Bedroom: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and closet. This room shares a bathroom with the bunk room.
• Fourth Bedroom: 4 twin beds, and flat-screen TV. This room shares a bathroom with the third bedroom.

While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems, giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
