About the host
Your host
We’re Bobby and Lauren — locals to the Smoky Mountains and parents of three girls.
We built The Haven because we wanted a place where families like ours could slow down and actually enjoy being together — not just have a place to sleep between activities.
Every part of this home was intentional. From the sauna to the screened fireplace room to the way the living space opens to the mountains — it was designed to help you settle in, relax, and stay a while.
Our goal wasn’t just to build a cabin. It was to create a place people look forward to coming back to.

Why they chose this property
We chose this location for one reason — it gives you the best of the Smokies without the chaos.
You’re elevated on a ridgeline with unobstructed mountain views, but you’re not dealing with steep, stressful roads or being packed into a dense cabin community.
It’s quiet. It’s private. And it feels removed — even though you’re still within easy reach of everything the area has to offer.
You can spend the day exploring… and come back to something that actually feels like an escape.

What makes this property unique
Most cabins in the Smokies focus on either views or amenities.
This one was designed to deliver both — without compromise.
A screened outdoor living room with a fireplace gives you a third living space you can use almost year-round.
The sauna, hot tub, and wellness area create a full reset experience you won’t find in most cabins.
Inside, the layout actually works for groups — with space to gather, but also room to spread out.
And unlike many rentals, this home wasn’t furnished to “check a box.” It was built and finished to feel intentional from the moment you walk in.
That difference is something you feel right away.
