Located in the town of Roses, in the north-east of Spain, the villa 'Casa con Vistas al Mar Costa Bra' offers an excellent view of the sea. The 2-storey villa is 65 square meters in size and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Pros: De streek is geweldig, het huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht! Jammer dat er geen lakens waren bij aankomst en de dekens waren niet helemaal schoon(honden haren) waar we onder moesten slapen. En we konden er niet op tijd in, we moesten een uur wachten, communicatiemisverstand. Ondanks dat een goed huis met een prettige prijs kwaliteit verhouding Tip: wat informatie over de streek met plattegrond en hoe je kunt wandelen naar het strand.

Pros: Cette villa est un vrai bijou niché dans une résidence très calme à cette période! Propre, extrêmement bien équipée et aménagée, il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer d'excellentes vacances! Le panorama est à s'émerveiller à chaque seconde! Vous l'avez compris, je signe et je resigne pour y séjourner de nouveau! Ce sera d'ailleurs l'occasion de revenir y faire les nombreuses activités à proximité. Attention toutefois..si vous n'êtes pas trop courageux comme nous ..voiture impérative..! Merci au professionalisme des propriétaires!

Pros: Kleine schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht und den Strand von Canyelles. Gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Auch im Oktober eine tolles Reiseziel. Für Kind und Hund eine tolle Gegend um sich zu bewegen und alles zu erkundschaften. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war immer freundlich und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Pros: Uitzicht is fantastisch. Lopend naar strand is geen optie. Auto nodig voor alles. Slaapkamers zijn verdieping lager, geen airco. Boven wel airco. Vanaf parkeerplek auto naar voordeur is 106 traptreden, dat is best pittig. Roses is wel geweldig, leuk centrum, schitterende baai'n. Eigenaren zijn geweldig. Goede overdracht van zaken, sleutels, snelle communicatie over mail en App, behulpzaam. Na aanslagen Barcelona (08-2017) wilde ze weten hoe het met ons ging!
