Family apartment of 105 m2 with terrace without vis-à-vis 40 m2, on the bay of Roses, from where you can enjoy a "living" view with passages of fishing boats, yachts, sailboats (regattas ...). You will experience spectacular sunsets in one of the most beautiful coves of the Costa Brava. Located 5 minutes walk from Canyelles beach, cove with sand and rocks ... walks on the "paseos" along the Mediterranean.
The accommodation is made up of: a very bright living room, flat screen, library, armchair, convertible sofa, living room table, an equipped kitchen: pretty and large unmatched crockery, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, washing machine, dryer - washing machine, electric oven, electric kettle, ceramic hob, thermo coffee maker, toaster, extractor hood, storage cupboards.
1 bedroom with two single beds pushed together, i.e. a bed of 180 cm. (bedroom equipped with bedside tables, wardrobe and storage cupboards). Large bathroom: shower, hairdryer and WC next to this room.
1 second bedroom, independent, with 2 beds of 90 cm and a bathroom with shower and WC.
In the TV lounge a double sofa bed with books, CD ...

No pain no gain

63 steps up to this lovely apartments and the views.. its hurts to start with but you get used to them. Fantastic views of the bay and only 5 minute walk to the beech. Review of property Big terrace plenty of room for sunbathing and eating with a good BBQ Lounge nice size and comfortable Kitchen we was here for 5 weeks and found everything we needed bedroom 1 good size ...amazing bed... very quiet air con and a good ceiling fan bedroom 2 our daughter (28) used this for 10 days and found it comfortable and liked the Independence as its separate from the main apartment. Our only small complaint is the parking ! we specifically searched for property's with parking but found this has only on street parking (not stated on VRBO) which does become a problem at peak times !

One month in Roses

The apartment was great with one bedroom in the main part. There is a second bedroom and bath that you enter by going outside and around the corner. It worked great for us as we were 4 adults but if you have young children it would be a problem. Parking: practically nonexistent on weekends and holidays. We stayed the month of May and there were several times we had to park quite far away. Steps: the landlady warned us of the steep 65 stairs. We are 74 and 65 and it could be a challenge. Our favorite part was the patio overlooking the beach and sea. Can’t beat it! Very relaxing and quiet for the most part but summer would be party time and loud. There’s a barking dog that lives near the beach that was annoying. The hosts were very good at communicating and answering all our questions and they were very nice. We loved the area!!

Un appartement offrant une vue splendide sur la mer, avec des hôtes charmants et attentifs prêts à nous guider sur les commodités de la petite communauté. L'appartement est à la fois confortable et lumineux. Seul petit inconvénient : la cafetière expresso était absente.

Nous avons choisi cet appartement car nous voulions être proche de la plage et avoir une vue en hauteur. Ce fut le cas. Nous avons adoré. Nous y avons séjourné 5 nuits. L’appartement est très propre et tout y est. Par contre, les linges à vaisselles et les serviettes pour se laver ne sont pas compris dans le prix. Un peu ordinaire. Somme tout nous avons passé un beau séjour. Le stationnement est dans la rue. Il y a toujours eu de la place mais parfois on a dû chercher un peu .

Sehr schöner Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, besonders die tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Sonne scheint von ca. 10 bis 19 Uhr auf die Terrasse, die große Markise sorgt aber für ausreichend Schatten. Dank der Klimaanlage in Schlafzimmer ist für eine gute Nachtruhe gesorgt. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hilft an schwülen Tagen. Den Sandstrand erreicht man zu Fuß in nur ca. 5 Minuten, das Wasser ist schön klar. Wir haben öfter gekocht und keine Küchengerätschaften vermisst.

A very enjoyable week!

Upside: A spacious, airy, very well equipped apartment. We'll located with a lovely little beach and a choice if restaurants within walking distance and a short drive into the centre of Roses. Cadaques, L'Estartit and L'Escala all well worth a visit - take your walking shoes! Downside: Not suitable for families with small children, or people with mobility issues. There are 65 steep steps up to the apartment and street parking is a little difficult sometimes. The second bedroom is not as well equipped as the main bedroom and there is no window, just a glass door for light and air.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Wunderbare Wohnung mit phantastischem Blick von großer Terrasse.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.Für unsere Bedürfnisse war sie bestens geeignet. Ein Wasserkocher wäre noch gut gewesen.Man sollte nur wissen, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer hinter dem anderen Schlafzimmer liegt und nur zugänglich von außerhalb der Wohnung ist. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich ist auch gut nutzbar.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Location conforme à la description. Très bon séjour Alfred et Valérie très professionnels pour notre arrivée et notre départ avec prise de nouvelles durant le séjour. L’emplacement de la location face à la mer est très agréable. Le seul bémol sont les escaliers assez raides avec les courses. Sinon nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Lovely rental, not a good choice for young families

The apartment was lovely. The patio was large and peaceful with a stunning view of the water. The beach was a short walk down the hill from the unit. The furnishings and amenities were in good condition and as advertised. Our concierge, Valerie, was polite and extremely responsive to any questions we had. We were disappointed to find that the 'separate' bedroom was not in the same unit. It was a second unit entirely, with no door connecting it to the main rental. The second bedroom is only accessible by going outside and to an independent entrance. Our children are too young to sleep in a separate dwelling so we had to put them on the couch and were unable to use the 2nd bedroom. We had paid more to find a rental with 2 bedrooms and ended up only using 1. Overall the rental is quite nice, but we would not recommend it for anyone with young children.
