Veilchen Vacation Apartment on the Upper Floor for Up to 2 People

A beautifully situated country house, right next to the Bavarian Forest National Park. Surrounded by nature, yet a central starting point for hikes, bike rides, and family outings (animal petting zoo, forest playground, natural swimming area, summer toboggan run...) cross-country ski trails, sledding hill, ski lift (8 km, 30 km) About 2 km away is a small village with Edeka, Netto… a butcher and a bakery (bread delivery service to the house can be arranged)—all within walking distance in the village. Grafenau is 5 km away (shopping options, spa park with a playground and the Kurparksee lake), restaurants, ice cream parlour… The larger cities of Passau and Deggendorf are about 45 km away; outdoor pools, natural swimming areas, indoor pools, and natural lakes are all within 3 km to 30 km. Thermal baths and water parks 35–45 km away (Elypso Deggendorf, Peb Passau, Sonnentherme Eging with sauna areas). Well-maintained holiday apartments with rustic charm. The balcony and terrace offer a beautiful view. Cross-country ski trails right in front of the house. Sledding hill in front of the house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. Note for people with allergies: There are two horses living next to the house (though you will have no contact with them). Due to the proximity to the national park and the horses, fireworks are not permitted on New Year’s Eve! Our “Veilchen” holiday rental on the upper floor is approximately 40 square metres and accommodates up to 2 people. The apartment is furnished in a country-style and features a living room with a dining area, a lounge area (satellite TV), and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a kettle and a coffee maker. Consumables such as coffee filters, toilet paper, etc., must be brought along. The balcony is perfect for relaxing. We have the following for you: a ping-pong table, a sandpit, a rocking horse, lounge chairs, and plenty of space for all kinds of games. Cross-country ski trails, a sledding hill, and hiking trails… right next to the house. A national park is in the immediate vicinity and can be reached for free by bus. Payment is due in cash on site. A visitor’s tax will be collected on site. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM or by prior telephone arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site (please call 1 hour in advance). Keep noise levels to a reasonable level after 10:00 PM. Group gatherings and parties are not permitted. The tourist tax of 1.60 EUR per person per night (children ages 6 and older: 0.80 EUR per person per night) will be charged separately on site. During the “ 01.01.2024 ” festival, the tourist tax will be 2.50 EUR per person per night.
