About this property

Country-style vacation apartment (80 m²)

Our "Sonnenblume" holiday rental on the upper floor is approximately 80 square metres and can accommodate up to 6 people. The holiday rental is furnished in a country-style and features a living room with a dining area and a seating area (satellite TV), one bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, and another bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and oven. The apartment does not have a balcony, but there are several seating areas around the house for guests to use. We provide: a ping-pong table, sandpit, toy horse, lounge chairs, and plenty of space for all kinds of games. Cross-country ski trails, a sledding hill, hiking trails, and ski lifts are in the immediate vicinity. Payment is due in cash upon arrival. A visitor’s tax will be collected on site. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM or by telephone arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site (please call one hour in advance). Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Group gatherings and parties are not permitted. The tourist tax of 1.60 EUR per person per night (children ages 6 and up: 0.80 EUR per person per night) will be charged separately on site. During the “ 01.01.2024 ” festival, the tourist tax will be 2.50 EUR per person per night.

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Für die Kleinen war alles da (Babybett, Hochstuhl, Geschirr, Bücher…). Und vor dem Haus wohnen zwei Pferde, die wir gerne beobachtet haben.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Landhaus Friedl. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, alle notwendigen Kochutensilien sind vorhanden. Bei Schnee wäre die Lage direkt an der Loipe optimal, leider hatten wir dahingehend Pech mit dem Wetter. Unsere ältere Tochter fand direkt Anschluss an die Familie und durfte mit den Pferden helfen und reiten. Wir kommen sicherlich mal wieder.

Sehr schöne Fewo in ruhiger Lage, bestens ausgestattet, alles sauber! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, wir haben nichts zu beanstanden...alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub im bayrischen Wald!
