Guests can unwind in the cozy living room, which includes a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom. The bathroom offers a shower, handy hair dryer, towels, soap, and shampoo. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, air fryer, toaster, and coffee maker. Plates, glasses, and utensils are also provided.
Appreciate the days and evenings on the spacious dock with grill, fire pit, seating, and outdoor Bluetooth speakers. Paddle board, peddle boat, surfboard, kayak, and floats allow you to explore and enjoy the beautiful water. The house has a covered boat slip that measures 8.5 ft wide x 8ft high x 24 ft long but does not include a boat lift.
