Comfortable holiday rental with a balcony!<br><br>Welcome to “Residenz Binz” on Rügen! Enjoy a wonderfully relaxing holiday with the whole family in our holiday rental!<br><br>Holiday time means time to unwind! The spacious living/dining area offers the perfect setting for this: the cosy couch area with TV (cable), DVD player, and stereo system is ideal for watching films and listening to music. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing on your smartphone.<br><br>For convenient self-catering, the living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (including a microwave, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, etc.). You can enjoy meals together at the large dining table with a corner bench.<br><br>The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed. For our younger guests, there’s also a bunk bed (0.90 m x 2 m). Additionally, two people can sleep on the cosy sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2 m). <br><br>The refreshing Baltic Sea air is included with your stay in this holiday rental: The sheltered balcony is a wonderful place to relax. Read, enjoy a good glass of wine, or wind down at the end of the day—a truly wonderful holiday feeling!<br><br>The marble-tiled shower room adds to the comfort of your stay.<br><br>An AC wallbox with a charging capacity of 11 kW is available to our guests at the residence. In addition to the on-site bike storage room, there is a separate bike storage area in the basement. In the building’s basement, you’ll find coin-operated washing machines and dryers, which you’re welcome to use. An outdoor staircase provides direct access to the holiday apartment.<br><br><br>Facilities:<br><br> Comfortable and family-friendly!<br><br>The “Residenz Binz” is located on Rügen in a beautiful southwestern hillside setting overlooking Lake Schmachter. A 10-minute walk takes you to Binz Beach and the city centre. The Klünderberg has a 12% gradient.<br><br>Comfortable and child-friendly holiday apartments await you at “Residenz Binz”—some on staggered living levels or in a charming maisonette style.<br>Beautiful balconies or terraces, fully equipped kitchens, and free Wi-Fi (in some apartments) offer you every comfort for a relaxing holiday.<br><br>Family-friendly living is a top priority at “Residenz Binz”: Cots and high chairs can be provided in the holiday apartments upon request; washing machines and dryers are available for your use, and all windows are equipped with roller shutters. As a special highlight, “Residenz Binz” offers you and your family an on-site children’s play area and barbecue area!<br><br>A small bike storage room, outdoor bike parking spaces, and free car parking spaces are available.
