Welcome to “Villa Mönchgut” in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz. In our comfortable “Vacation Rental 13,” your vacation on Rügen will be a delight!

This well-designed vacation apartment is furnished in a modern style with attention to detail. Wonderful moments of relaxation await you on the furnished balcony or in the cozy living/bedroom with a sitting area and TV.

You can enjoy your meals in the open-concept kitchen with a kitchen counter.

The comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) invites you to sleep in. There’s plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the closet.

General Information: The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. You can conveniently store your bicycles in the property’s bike storage room. The parking lot, located just a few meters from the house, can accommodate even larger cars. Pets are not allowed.

“Villa Mönchgut” on Rügen was built in 2000 in the traditional Binz resort style and is part of the “Parkresidenz am Klünderberg” complex. Thanks to its location on the edge of the Granitz, you can take wonderful walks or hikes through the beech forest from here!

The white sandy beach, the pier, and shopping options in the idyllic center of Binz are about a 17-minute walk away. Strolling past the impressive villas or enjoying a cappuccino on the promenade while watching the island life go by is a wonderful vacation experience!

Our modern vacation apartments in “Villa Mönchgut” feature high-quality amenities and beautifully furnished balconies or terraces. A locked storage building is available for bicycles. The parking lot, located just a few meters from the house, offers ample parking space even for larger cars.
