This modern holiday rental on Juist features two separate bedrooms, a spacious living area with an open-concept kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. Bright rooms, tasteful décor in subtle colours and a Nordic style, and high-quality amenities ensure a comfortable stay. A comprehensive lighting design creates a very cosy atmosphere throughout the entire apartment (reading and mood lights by the bed, a lighted vanity mirror, etc.).

The highlight of our “Memmert” holiday rental is the 7 m² furnished balcony. Here, surrounded by the refreshing North Sea air, you can read an exciting book in peace, soak up the sun, or wind down the day with a good glass of wine. These are unforgettable holiday experiences in beautiful Töwerland!

The living room of the holiday rental also offers wonderful opportunities to relax; it’s furnished with stylish furniture, a cosy couch set, and a Smart TV. Here, you can access your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney+ accounts, among others. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.

For convenient self-catering, the “Memmert” holiday rental is equipped with a well-stocked built-in kitchen—including a stove, oven, and dishwasher. In addition to a drip coffee maker, a NESPRESSO machine is available. A lovely dining area has been set up for shared meals.

The two separate bedrooms in the “Memmert” holiday rental on Juist are each furnished with a comfortable double bed featuring high-quality mattresses (210 x 180 and 210 x 200 cm, respectively; exclusive SCHRAMM bed system plus topper) and a Smart TV. One of the rooms also features a wardrobe. The rooms can be easily darkened.

Please understand that pets are not allowed and that this is a non-smoking apartment.

General Information: The holiday rental has its own entrance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s shared basement. An iron and ironing board are also available for shared use. Bicycle storage is available.
