The 65 m² holiday rental on Juist is located on the ground floor and features two separate bedrooms, a large living room with an open-concept kitchen, a small storage room, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a sunny terrace. Light colours and plenty of natural light give the apartment a very welcoming atmosphere. On cooler days, underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth throughout the rooms.

You can relax to your heart’s content in the cosy living room, which is furnished with a couch area and a Smart TV, among other amenities. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing on your smartphone.

For convenient self-catering, there is a modern kitchenette on the other side of the living room—equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as a kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine (fully automatic with capsules). The furnishings also include a dining table for shared meals.

The two separate bedrooms in the holiday rental on Juist each feature a double bed. Both bedrooms also have a TV. Blackout curtains are available to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The holiday rental on Juist is wheelchair-accessible (featuring, among other things, a walk-in shower and an lift in the building).

General Information: A high chair and a cot are included as standard amenities.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the holiday rental for your laundry needs. In addition, items such as an ironing board, iron, and drying rack are available for shared use. Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. There is a separate storage area for bicycles. The apartment faces north (towards the Kurhaus). Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding.

Enjoy wonderful holiday days in beautiful Töwerland! Our “Haus Talita” is situated in a very beautiful location at the upper edge of the dunes. The sandy beach is right nearby, so after your holiday breakfast, you can head straight out for a sunny day at the beach or a stroll along the shore.

In just a few minutes, you can also reach the town centre, which invites you to stroll among its small shops, cafés, and restaurants.
Or how about a wellness day in 30° warm seawater? The seawater adventure pool with whirlpools, a sun deck, a solarium, and much more is also just a few minutes away from the house.
