With a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, you can prepare any meal you desire. <br><br>The living area, with its maritime, rustic decor, is particularly well-suited for relaxation. Likewise, the separate bedroom offers a quiet retreat with a high-quality double bed (2 mattresses, each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and plenty of space in the spacious closet. <br><br>The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and offers a simple, contemporary ambiance. <br><br>The entire apartment welcomes you the moment you walk in with its beautiful maritime colour scheme and stylish interior design. <br>The lovingly furnished apartment offers excellent amenities, providing a great foundation for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kellenhusen. <br><br>This apartment features a terrace with a sunny southwest-facing location. The entrance to the apartment is also accessed via this terrace. <br><br>In addition, the apartment is just a few metres from the resort’s beautiful sandy beach, and you can reach the beach within a 2-minute walk. <br><br>Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.<br><br>If you’d like to travel light, you can easily book a laundry package for your stay in Kellenhusen for a fee. <br>There is also a storage area for your bicycles in the shed.<br><br>Important information regarding the construction site in the immediate vicinity of the holiday rental.<br>We would like to inform you that, starting in October 2024, several buildings in the immediate vicinity are expected to be demolished and replaced with new structures; this may result in noise disturbances.<br>An environmental protection ordinance is in effect within the municipality of Kellenhusen that prohibits the operation of noisy machinery and equipment (with the exception of agricultural activities) between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.<br><br>It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable—that is why we are bringing this to your attention and thank you in advance for your understanding.
