Welcome to Usine Stanstead, a spacious 11,000 sq ft chalet located in Stanstead, in Quebec’s Eastern Townships, designed to accommodate large groups of up to 48 guests.



The Space:

It offers ten spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus two additional half-baths, and a total of 26 beds (20 queen beds, 2 king beds, and 4 single beds). Many bedrooms are large enough to accommodate air mattresses if needed, and all 26 beds are brand new as of 2025.



Enjoy a 1,300 sq ft dining area and kitchen, a 1,500 sq ft living room, an 850 sq ft lounge with a fireplace, and an outdoor spa, ideal for family gatherings, trips with friends, or corporate retreats.



Getting Around:

Outside, enjoy direct access from the yard to the Tomifobia Nature Trail, a 52 km trail perfect for cycling, cross-country skiing, or peaceful walks along the river. Just 6 km away, the Weir municipal beach on beautiful Lake Memphremagog offers great summer activities.



Other Things to Note:

The base price includes 12 adults for 2 nights. Can accommodate groups of up to 48 people. An additional fee of $40 + taxes applies per extra person per night.
