Thank you , Manuela and Shawn , for a wonderful vacation, for the welcoming hospitality and gifts. We had a great time at your cottage/ home, we enjoyed everything about our stay, the cleanliness of your home , the well equipped kitchen, the fact that our dog felt like home , you have a beautiful place there and we would come back any time and would recommend it to anyone who would like to feel like home, away from home!

Very well landscaped property and welcoming owners. The apartment size could easily accommodate up to 6 persons. However, cleanliness could be improved. Very damp interior with musty smell made the stay harder to enjoy. There were 3 dehumidifiers we had to put on the whole stay

Lovely visit with incredibly thoughtful hosts. We appreciated the welcome pie and wine along with the accessibility features such as ramp, shower chair and toilet riser. Very cozy chalet nestled in the country with everything you need not even 10 mins away. Scenic view of the ponds filled with song birds and dog friendly. We had a quick visit over a rainy 2 days so didn't explore beyond the Theatre but definitely worth the drive.

This property served as a great home base from which to explore the Eastern Townships. The beds were very comfy. The hosts were thoughtful (thank you for the pie and wine to welcome us!), and provided a great dinner recommendation.

Quiet, beautiful location! Visited in winter, must be equally gorgeous in other seasons. Fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds, bird watching right out the window! Our dog enjoyed trotting up and down the drive to the house. Responsive hosts, Shawn's love for the property and area are obvious when speaking with him. Thank you Shawn and Manuela for introducing us to a new wine favourite!

Lovely apartment

We stayed for 3 days and were able to visit many places around including Nordic Spa Station, different cheese producing places, Santer Glace skating place etc which are 15 to 30 minutes away. It has good kitchen and bathroom amenities and also pet friendly. It’s quiet and peaceful.

Lovely rural stay!

We enjoyed this clean, neat and pleasant country stay. The hosts are very caring. The quiet with the small lakes is peaceful and the goose family is completely entertaining. A special treat was picking our own tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs from the garden. Sunshine bakery in Stanstead is wonderful! Linda and Keith, Burlington, VT

Shawn and Manuela were great hosts.. Place is nicely appointed, stocked and all the condiments you'd need.. just show up with what you need for base food and they have everything else. Wine and a pie, well.. really nice after a very long day.. thank you!

Cozy place

It had everything we needed, it was clean, owners were very friendly and helpful. It has a rustic charm that suited our family. Liked the fact that we were far away from the road for our dog. The bird life is incredible with song birds, waterfowl and birds of prey. Ponds are a nice feature as well. Owners grow veggies and allow guests to use some. Thanks Shawn and Manuela

The host was very welcoming! The unit was cold and took quite a while to warm up.The kitchen was sufficiently set up but the floor in front of the kitchen sink had a large sink hole. The driveway was icy, my husband fell on the way to the car.

Vraiment!
