Charming 2-room holiday apartment in the Solmare building with a balcony in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kellenhusen<br><br>The holiday apartment is located on the raised ground floor.<br><br>The living room features a cosy couch, coffee table, TV stand with a flat-screen TV, a dining area with 4 chairs, a built-in kitchenette, and access to the furnished balcony.<br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.<br><br>In the small bedroom, you’ll find a double bed, a small wardrobe (tall chest of drawers), and a flat-screen TV.<br><br>In the Sol Mare building, there is a swimming pool in the basement that can be used free of charge, subject to availability. There is also a sauna in the common area in the basement.<br><br>Parking space No. 6 is included with the apartment.<br><br>Note: The swimming pool at Haus Sole Mare is closed from 22.06.26-02.07.26.<br><br>This accommodation is arranged by our agency on behalf of and for the account of the owner.<br>When you make a booking, the contract for the rental of the accommodation is concluded directly with the owner. Man dürfte nur nicht in die Ecken schauen und als Tipp, wenn jemand das Paket mit gebucht hat sollte nicht nur ein Handtuch da sein. Zum anderen sieht es optisch schöner aus wenn das Bettlaken auf das ganze Bett passt. Sonst war die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich.
