bonjour,nous avons eu de gros problèmes à notre arrivée. L'hote aurait du nous laisser les clefs dans la boite et nous envoyer un code que nous n'avons jamais reçu. J'avais posé des questions avant notre arrivée pour avoir tous les renseignements nécessaires et demander comment accéder au parking car j'ai vu qu'il y avait une barrière automatique. Je n'ai jamais eu de réponse non plus.Bref nous sommes arrivées sans aucune précision sur le numéro d'appartement et l'accès. Heureusement, une dame nous a aidée très gentiment et à pris contact avec notre hôte en croate et finalement nous a montré notre appartement (les clefs étaient restées sur la porte) et nous a expliqué qu'il y avait un passe pour la barrière. Passe qui ne fonctionnait plus à la fin de notre séjour, et nous avons emprunté celui des voisines qui n'avaient pas de véhicule pour sortir du parking, elles nous ont également donné le code wifi qui était finalement affiché dans le couloir. Sur l'annonce était mentionné la présence d'un spa que nous n'avons pas vu. Nous avons eu de la chance de tomber sur cette dame car nous avons pensé que nous allions dormir dans la voiture pendant tout notre séjour. Nous n'avons vu personne pendant toute la semaine. Il serait bon de revoir vos relations avec Novasol car le service n'est pas assuré correctement. J'attends de votre part une intervention et un geste commercial. Cordialement,

Unterkunft gut, Bewerbung voll daneben
Unsere Ferienwohnung wurde damit beworben, dass sie in Split, nahe dem Strand Bacvice in Zentrumsnähe liegt. Dort gibt es eine Straße Mile Gojsalic.
Leider gibt es eine Straße Mile Gojsalica auch in Podstrana zehn Kilometer von Split entfernt. Dort lag dann unsere Unterkunft. Auch wenn es am Ende für uns ein gelungener Urlaub wurde, sollten solche irreführende und fehlerhaften Bewerbungen nicht vorkommen. Als wir im Vorfeld das Thema angesprochen haben, bekamen wir keine Antwort. Die Unterkunft selbst war schön, wenn auch etwas klein bemessen und ohne Tiefkühlfach, aber mit einer Riesenterrasse.
