Thank you, David, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the awesome location and found the kitchen set up great for group cooking. It’s always our goal to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the issues you encountered. It’s clear that we fell short in several areas, and we take that seriously. The condition of the dining chairs, kitchen appliances, and utensils is not up to our standards, and we’re committed to addressing these concerns promptly. We want every aspect of your stay to be hassle-free and enjoyable, and it’s disappointing to hear that we missed the mark. We also understand how important it is to have adequate supplies and clear instructions, and we’re sorry for any confusion regarding checkout times and the lack of essentials. Your comments about the washing machine and hot water are also noted, and we will investigate these matters further. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We’re dedicated to improving and ensuring that our homes meet the high standards we set for them. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future, as we would love the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience.
