Located in Schönwald, the "Luzia" apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 54 m² apartment features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), an elevator, satellite TV, a washing machine (dryer available in the building), as well as children's books and toys. A high chair is also provided.



Start your day with coffee on the spacious south-facing balcony, enjoying beautiful views of the distant hills and forests. The apartment building also offers a fitness room, a pool for refreshing morning swims, a sauna, and a lounge with table tennis.



Thanks to the central location in Schönwald, supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are all within a 3-minute walk (250 m). The beautiful Black Forest region offers excellent hiking and cycling trails, lakes, and waterfalls, plus many ski resorts and cross-country trails in winter—all within a 15-minute drive (2–5 km). The highest mountain in the Black Forest, Feldberg, is an hour's drive (50 km) from Schönwald, as is the city of Freiburg, famous for its picturesque old town. You can even reach the shores of Lake Constance in 1 hour and 15 minutes (90 km).

Lage der Wohnung ist super. Auch das Schwimmbad und die Sauna haben wir gerne genutzt.Das Appartement ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch der Anstrich der alten Möbel verdeckt dies nicht. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt okay

Schöne Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienunterkunft war für unsere Bedürfnisse genau richtig. Check-in hat super geklappt, Personal war sehr freundlich. Ort war für uns mit Essensmöglichkeiten, kleinen Supermarkt und Spielplatz in Laufnähe auch ideal. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt.

Die Fewo befindet sich in einem Appartmenthaus. Es war aber sauber und ruhig.

Der Kontakt zur Verwalterin war ohne Probleme und jeder Zeit möglich. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Spielplatz sind in nächster Nähe.

Alles Super. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Betten waren bequem. Sehr viel Ausstattung, auch für die Kinder noch einiges an Auswahl. Highlight war natürlich das Schwimmbad
