The Space:

This charming and dog-friendly two-bedroom condo with loft and den has plenty of room for the entire family of up to eight. It also comes with six SHARC passes.



The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, view of Mt. Bachelor, and a flat screen TV. The loft has two twin beds and the den has a full hide-a-bed along with a wood burning fireplace. Two dogs are welcome to join you here!



There are two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. The kitchen overlooks the main living area with incredible views of the Woodlands golf course. Conveniently located across from the SHARC facility and very close to the Village.



Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

This home has some excellent features, particularly the great deck, spacious lawn, pet friendly and ideal location near SHARC (the included passes were a huge plus!).That said, the house gets incredibly hot. While the lack of A/C is disclosed, the unit trapped heat and didn't cool down overnight, which was tough. Even with the fans provided, the house really did not cool down well in mid-80s temps and the upstairs loft rooms and beds were basically un-sleepable because of the heat. The kitchen appliances are also on the older side and due for an upgrade. Great location, but be prepared for high indoor temperatures if you visit during warm weather.

Perfect For Familes near SHARC

Our family of 5 and small dog loved this retro condo. The location could not be better for kids. Nice large grass area in back to play and right up against the golf course. The beds here were very comfortable! We loved all the retro blast from the past amenities. The house was also located right across the street from SHARC which we walked to daily! We had a great week here!

We love the vintage laid back styling of Mt View 22 - this place has a great layout for family time as well as finding privacy, plus a quick bikeride if you want to go the village or the pool. We've stayed twice and imagine we'll go back.
