Welcome to my conveniently located hidden gem close to all that Central Oregon has to offer!

It is walking distance to >30 miles of bike trails and The Village at Sunriver; 1mi to Deschutes River; close to championship Sunriver golf courses; 17 miles to Bend; 19 miles to Mt Bachelor known for world class skiing; an easy day trip to Crater Lake National Park; and so much more!

After all your adventures, enjoy the BBQ on the private balcony and relax in the year round hot tub and season pool!

The unit is on the second floor with soaring, vaulted ceilings and windows that flood the space with natural light. The unit is thoughtfully laid out and does not share any walls with other units. Open concept living, dining, and kitchen is great for a family or small group of friends. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked for your cooking needs. There is also a TV with Roku and board games for a fun night indoors.

There is a quiet private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed for a restful night's sleep. The unit also makes use of the high ceilings with two lofted spaces that can sleep up to 3. Please note: the lofts are not suitable for children <12

Just off the living room is a private balcony with a BBQ. There is also a shared community year-round hot tub and seasonal pool. Please observe all posted signs and rules.

You will have access to the entire home with coded keyless entry.

You will also have access to the community seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, and paid laundry facility. Please take extra care of the keys. Lost keys will incur a $200 fee.

There is ample parking in the off street lot in front of the units.

We love animals, but please note per the complex's HOA, there is a very strict NO PET POLICY. In the event that you bring your pet along for a stay, you'll be subject to a $1,000 fine and immediate cancelation of your stay.

There is a strict NO SMOKING POLICY in our home and all common spaces of the complex. Violations will incur a $1000 fee and immediate cancelation of your reservation plus any additional cleaning charges.

Just a friendly heads up. There is a Nest Doorbell camera set up outside our home. Please don't take this as a big brother tactic ;) We just want to make sure our home is secure while away and also during your stay, and it allows us to communicate with you should there be any check-in problems.

This unit is on the second floor accessible only by stairs. No elevators.

Please note, the lofted spaces are not suitable for children <12 years of age.

We had a great time in Sunriver, the condo was in a great location and is as described. Thanks for providing a great place and the communication to make it a convenient experience. We loved having access to the hot tub and even on the weekend there was plenty of parking and friendly residents on the complex.

Great place to stay to visit Mt. Bachelor

We enjoyed our stay at Basecamp. We love the Sunriver area. It was convenient for getting to Mt. Bachelor for skiing. Also convenient for restaurants and shopping in Sunriver area. The condo was cozy and compact and worked well for us as a couple. The kitchen is small but worked for us to cook a couple of dinners in and to handle daily breakfast

Great place

Basecamp is among the best vacation rentals we've ever had. The place is clean and feels bigger than it is due to the very thoughtful organization -- wall mounts, labels on the drawers, overall great use of space. Vince has clearly thought about the details (like a QR code for joining the wifi), which makes for a great experience. And the kids loved the loft beds!

Well provisioned and located unit

The Basecamp was quite clean and very with a well-provisioned kitchen. Tons of towels. Noisy but effective portable AC (at least for downstairs. Good wi-fi. Small but versatile TV. Water heater not quite adequate for baths, but great for showers. Location is in a business area but was quiet at night. Happy with the pool and spa. Easy access to bike trails. Bedroom could use darkening shade for those (like us) sleep in. Very comfortable and economical (7/2022). Vince was very communicative and accommodating. Would come again.

Great location

Vince was very easy to communicate with and responded to all my questions. He gave great suggestions on the area and is a 10-15 drive to downtown Bend. Check in and check out process was a breeze. The apartment had everything needed for a short and long stay!
