It has a million view but is pretty dated. No TV available without your own subscriptions for streaming; the bed needs to be replaced as it’s soft and warn in the sleeping spaces. The couch is very uncomfortable and older. The outside deck area is great!!

The beach location of this unit was even better than I had hoped for! Beach access was right next to the unit, there are public trails directly across the street for walking the dog and viewing a lot of local wildlife. The unit itself is fine, with the living room overlooking the spectacular. A couple things I would note are purely a matter of your preference: the bed is pretty firm, but there are loads of pillows to get comfortable. And the kitchen layout is really only suitable for heating up simple things, which is what I had planned on anyway so no complaints. Just know you won’t be able to cook any major meals in here. All in all I would definitely recommend!

It was perfect for us, the size and access to the beach was great!Not aware that it was a house divided so a little off putting that our neighbors could hear us and vice versa. And being able to see into their window when we were on the deck. Be nice if there were a way to at least block off the bottom part of the window so as to let them keep the beautiful view.We will definitely be back, we had a wonderful stay and I recommend it highly!
