I would have easily given this property a higher rating, but a couple things kept that from happening. Upon arrival, there was sand all over furniture, towels sitting in the washing machine that needed to be dried and folded, a filthy sink directly next to the laundry, no toiletries in the upstairs bathroom, a wall jack seemingly ripped from the wall, and no laundry pods readily available. I contacted the host and the problems were passed up the chain instead of offering a solution. It would have been quite simple to bring us toiletries, laundry pods, etc or told us where to locate them. Instead, the buck was passed and we ended up searching the house and eventually locating some toiletries. We finished their laundry for them. No remedies were offered at any time. There also isn't an outdoor shower. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the property is as listed.
