Perfect for our five person reunion. It's right in Nye Beach with walking access to shopping, restaurants, and beach. The host was quick to respond when I texted a question regarding checkout procedures. I have already recommended this property to friends looking for a nice getaway.

The property was in a good location. It was conviently located and fine for a pet. The only issue we had was there were ants in the downstairs bedroom, the upstairs bathroom and in the kitchen.

Wonderful location! Walking distance from the beach and shopping area. Easy check in and ample off-street parking. There were a few maintenance items that would need attention before I would say it was fully worth the price. I was only there for a short stay, so I did not reach out during my visit, but the management company responded almost immediately when I reached out to them afterwards about my concerns. Would definitely stay there again. Lots of fun little touches: I was so tickled by it, I had to get a photo of the end of the TP folded into a little boat!

House is very convenient to the beach in downtown. Plenty of off street parking. Right across and down the street from the Irish pub. Doesn't get any better than that! The stairs is going upstairs are narrow and steep like any older house. Elderly may have issues. Really enjoyed our stay, will stay again. FYI: there is a Rubbermaid of beach toys in the backyard. Very convenient and nice of the owners. Very dog friendly.
