The Space:

This Sunriver home is smartly furnished, offering three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths on a quiet street. It has a private hot tub, SHARC passes, air conditioning, and WiFi.



Located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by ponderosa pines, this is a restful place to stay. Bend and Mt. Bachelor are both easy day trips away.



There is cable TV with a DVD player in the living room, while the loft has a couch and entertainment center. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and dishwasher. The large deck has a gas grill for preparing freshly caught fish to perfection. There are bikes for your use in the double-car garage.



The king master bedroom is downstairs and has a private bathroom and cable TV. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. The queen bedroom and twin/trundle bedroom have a bathroom between them. This home can comfortably sleep up to six guests, and with a washer and dryer, it is ideal for longer stays.



Spend afternoons kayaking on the river, or try your hand at fly fishing. For those interested in science, it's well worth taking a trip to the Sunriver Observatory for an up-close look at the night sky. You'll also have access to the pools, lazy river, and water slides at SHARC.

Clean and neat property. Large kitchen/dining area and very pleasant to stay in. The house deco feels like the 70's & 80's and could use updating. Really enjoyed the access to Sharc. TV screens are small with VHS. Kitchen could use better utensils and supplies. Even though bikes are listed to use, it's better to rent from the village. Would book again.

Great overall stay, kids loved the SHARC pool. Barbeque was great. TVs were a challenge but just needed to be plugged in. We all used the bikes and the Deer were a nice surprise:) . Thank you for the time!

Overall, the house is big, airy, and located well. However, there were many issues during our stay such as: window blinds not working, DVD player broken (which was a bummer for us as we had small children and wanted to have a few movie nights - the TV is not a smart tv so we could not stream), water heater was broken and needed fixing while we were there, small gas leak from the fireplace....the management company was very responsive and was able to fix a few of those problems, but not all of them during our stay. The house is old and some of these problems showcase that - the furnishings need to be updated (an old chair with springs visible!). The grill also needed to be cleaned very badly and it almost caught fire when we tried to use it out on the deck. For the price - there may be better options until they renovate and update bit. We also asked for a late checkout due to all the mishaps and were not granted it.

Property is a bit outdated. The refrigerator does not work well. We were only provided two paper towel rolls to use for cleaning and or eating for a 4 night stay. To operate the TV or watch a movie you have to use 3 remotes. The movie boxes didn’t have the correct movie inside. The laundry room didn’t offer detergent or dryer sheets. At the very least that should be communicated if it’s not offered so people can plan ahead. The shower head in the large bathroom was awful - we like good water pressure but this shower head was terrible. The shower upstairs was opposite and hardly any water comes out The porch lights need new bulbs

Everything was exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was in great condition and was a good temp, the SHARC passes worked, it was a very quiet area but close to everything we needed.
