Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Warm months- Set thermostat to 78/80 prior to departure, Cold months- Set thermostat to 65 prior to departure.
Leave key to garage on bar.
All trash must be put in a plastic trash bag and put in the trash can outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
