Great place to stay. Clean and well maintained. Great area to be in. Only downfall was trying to find a place to park and driving around for ten minutes to find one. Highly recommend.
The location was great, directly above great shopping and steps away from quite a few different restaurants. During happy hour could sit on our balcony and listen to the live music from the bar downstairs.
This property is a great deal and super fun for the right folks, but you need to know what to anticipate. It is located above shops in Harbour Town and the entrance is quite hard to find. It's basically just a hallway between shop doors that opens into a courtyard area. There's also an entrance to the right of the Crazy Crab Restaurant on the same side as the playground, and there is an entrance facing the playground and that is the one I would use as there is a loading / unloading space there and a luggage cart tucked under the stairs. If you arrive after 10am, you will not be able to find parking between March and end of high season. You will need to unload and then go park your car a distance away. I found a spot at the Harbour Town Club /markets the first night, and the next day at Heritage Villas. If you want to go to the grocery store, the Publix opens at 7am and you can go and get back before parking tightens up.If you want to keep your car parked close, rent bikes for everyone. It's a biking place. The condo is clean, a little worn, and the info in the app did not mention that it came with linens, sheets, soap, starter toilet paper and papertowels, dishwash and a sponge. It is a loud place to be. My teenagers loved it. A leafblower starts every morning at 6am, and 3 nights a week a famous child entertainer performs and it is like he is performing just for you in your unit. If a kid has a meltdown at the playground, you will know. Have fun!

Location of this property is absolutely perfect. 1 minute walk to Lighthouse and 5-minute walk to Harbor Town Golf Course. 4-minute drive to Herion Point Golf course. 15-minute drive to the Palmetto golf course. Perfect location to enjoy the Island of Hilton Head..

Awesome location
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo itself is extremely clean. We loved that we were able to bring our two small dogs with us. It is right in the heart of a Harbour Town in Sea Pines. You can’t get a better location than us!
The location is amazing. The condo was comfortable and spacious. One drawback was the daily electric and gas powered leaf blowers starting their noisy engines at 7 AM… even on Sundays. Vacasa rental agency was very supportive and responsive!
I label this with some sarcasm - we were literally locked in our apartment the first day for over 3 hours due to a lock malfunction and the ensuing repair. We may still be there is friends on island hadn't shown up with a screwdriver so my husband could remove the lock - in the presence of the repair person who was ill-equipped.

Clean, Spatious Condo
We had a really great experience with Vacasa. The check in process was very easy and we got in after the office was closed. The condo was much more spatious than the pictures showed. The condo was clean and many household items were provided like laundry pods and dish detergent. We will absolutely rent through Vacasa again
Cute, well appointed condo in the middle of everything. Located above shops so dining, shopping and activities were quite walkable. Guest bedroom is perfectly furnished with a queen and twin bed that would accomodate most families. I do not recall this being stated in the description but a pass to Sea Pines was included and was much appreciated. Parking was a bit of a challenge during this crowded week with minimal dedicated spots for the building but the trolley was conveniently located around the corner. It is very close to the Liberty Tree so the music volume was a little loud in the evenings for our toddlers but this was easily remedied by white noise machines.

Overall a nice location
Overall a nice location and close to everything. We love being able to just walk outside to the playground.
However, the unit is extremely lacking in utensils for cooking, pots & pans, and cleaning supplies. There were quite a few dirty pieces of silverware in the drawer that we had to rewash to use. All of the Teflon pans were scratched, which is proven to be extremely dangerous for health, so we were unable to cook at all during our stay.
There was a broom but no dust pan for us to sweep up sand or any other dirt on the ground.
The lint trap in the dryer will not stay in when drying clothes, it pops out and bangs around every few minutes.
Shower curtain in the master appears to have mold, the shower head is busted and shoots water everywhere. The other bathroom reeked of perfume so badly we couldn’t even use it. We had to keep the door shut the entire trip.
I made a mistake and mixed up amenities in listings upon booking, this owner does not participate in the Sea Pines amenities so you have no access to the pool, tennis or anything else. This is the first place we’ve ever stayed that doesn’t offer sea pines amenities, so read the listing carefully.
Parking passes aren’t included and parking is on a first come first serve basis, which is very inconvenient.
We won't book with this unit again in the future, all the issues made this trip slightly less enjoyable.
