Comfortably furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa. Close to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, world championship golf courses, & tennis courts. Great nearby shopping and restaurants. First floor end villa. Open floor plan features relaxing living room area with wet bar, formal dining area, breakfast bar with stools surrounding open kitchen. Separate laundry closet off kitchen. Villa has Jan 2023 vinyl plank flooring in hallway, kitchen & laundry closet.
Oct 2024 carpet in living, dining areas & bedrooms for maximum comfort.
There is a California king bed in the Main bedroom.
Two full beds in the guest bedroom, -- perfect for families or multiple couples!
Oct 2020 Sealy mattresses, box springs & pillows have extra allergen protected pads & covers all beds.
Unit features High Speed Wireless Internet access for free & your streaming account services on all 3 Roku TVs. CD stereo in family living room. A screened porch with rockers and open porch with table & chairs for outdoor dining accessed through French door in living area.

The Islanders Beach Park is a simple walk (4/10's of a mile). There is a children's playground at the beach access park also featuring a picnic area, public restrooms & outdoor showers.
Ask about 'Snowbird' monthly rate offered Jan thru mid-March.
Weekly rates are 7 times the listed nightly rate.
Cleaning fee is included in rate.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Guests agree to abide by our contract and the rules of Port Royal Plantation, the laws of the state of SC, and ALL Hilton Head Island ordinances.
The signer of the contract must be 25 years of age or older and one of the guests for the entire time contracted.

Great place, great location. You have to walk 10 minutes to get to the beach, but it is easy walk. The beach is amazing. Great hosts.

This is a beautiful space well maintained very good communication with details for ease nice shady walks with beautiful landscaping a lot of construction work across the way but it did not interfere with our weekend but it does look like it could be ongoing for a while be prepared for it It makes a nice getaway for retirees and/or couples

Great location

It is a great location. Easy to get everywhere on hilton head. Beach and pools are easy to get to and both places had nice facilities. Villa was well stocked and more then enough room for our family. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice.
