Overall, this condo was perfect for our stay! It’s less than a five-minute walk to the beach, and the condo itself looked exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great beach trip.One thing I do want to note for future guests: when I booked, I was initially under the impression that this was an individually or family-operated vacation rental. I later learned that it is actually managed by a larger vacation rental company (Dwell Vacation Rentals). This isn’t inherently a negative at all, but it was different from what I had expected, so I wanted to make it known for anyone specifically looking to support an individual or family-owned rental.We did notice a few instances where the company’s answers about this specific unit weren’t quite accurate. For example, I asked whether there were beach towels and equipment and was told those weren’t provided, but when we arrived, there were actually plenty of beach towels, several chairs, and beach toys. The listing also describes the deck as shared, but it doesn’t connect to any neighboring units and appears to be exclusively for this rental. In other words, the “incorrect” information was actually pleasantly surprising!Overall, we had a wonderful stay and give this condo five stars. I just wanted to mention the management setup so future guests know they’ll be booking through a larger vacation rental company rather than directly with an individual or family.

Great location!

Just a few minute walk to the beach, which we loved! The space worked well for my family of 4. Only reason it's not a 5 is the king size mattress could use an upgrade and the kitchen can use some saute/fry pans, otherwise we recommend this property!

Wonderful condo, perfect location. Lots of bike trails. Walk to the beach. Condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds we're very comfortable. It needs to be updated. Overall, perfect for us. We'll go back.

Great location for the beach. Nice layout but dated furniture. We had leaks in the kitchen and dining room when it rains. Also had a rat in the kitchen. This needs to be taken care of before you rent again.

Closest to Beach Access!

This spacious condo is the closest unit to Beach Access in Shipyard Plantation. We loved it. Forget about it being out of date and style. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. We did not stay in the condo all day. Clean unit. Only negative - they should provide more bathroom towels. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location, but needs updating

We love this property for it's great location and closeness to the beach. There are quite a few items which the owners should give attention to: 1) The carpet - could use shampooing; although renters travel within the condo bare foot, there are trails of dark marks throughout. 2) closet doors - laundry area; doors come off hinges and the tracking could use repair / replacement. 3) Main entry door - This may be an HOA concern; the foundation may had sunk as the front entry door has quite a gap around the door jamb especially down at the bottom where there is a very visible 3/8" gap at the lower right corner.
