Unwind on four private balconies - perfect for enjoying the sunset.



As a part of the Village House community, you’ll also have access to a seasonal pool.



This incredible locale is just a five-minute walk from Islander Beach!



LIVING AREA



Make yourself at home in the palatial living room. A 65-inch flatscreen TV sets the scene for family movie nights. Lounge on the queen sleeper sectional or two armchairs. There’s also additional seating for six around a coffee table.



A sunny sitting area features a game table, a skylight, and comfortable seating.



KITCHEN & DINING



Whip up fresh recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with quartz countertops, a double oven, and stainless steel appliances. When it is time to eat, share meals at the regal dining table for 10, or perch at the six-person peninsula. Mix your favorite beverage at the wet bar.



BED & BATH



This penthouse sleeps 12 guests between the three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.



The primary suite is furnished with a king bed and a 55-inch TV. Enjoy direct access to a private balcony, complete with seating for five. The spa-like en suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower.



The second bedroom is outfitted with two queen beds and a 43-inch TV. The en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A third bedroom includes two queen beds, a 55-inch TV, and balcony access. This is a fantastic property. We were 3 families with kids and the place for perfect for us. Everyone had a room and bathroom. The place is spacious and clean and best of all only 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach. We would definitely return.

Great location for walking to beach and enjoying the state park beach facilities. Bright, airy and open floor plan allowed for great family interaction. The several bedrooms and baths made it easy for our family to spend time together, yet separate for children bedtime. Kitchen was quite complete and lots of space for dining.

We enjoy this property so much. This is our second summer staying in this condo. We have infants, toddlers, adults, and adults using transport chairs— all the description to say it meets our needs for our unique needs. It is spacious and beautiful.

BEAUTIFUL!

Pictures don't do this place justice, it is HUGE and so well decorated. Lots of seating options, the balconies are beautiful, feels like you are in a treehouse. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were spacious, proximity to the beach was excellent and the overall community was great! Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay and well equipped condo. Our large family had enough space to spread out and have a space for various things (card games, coloring, reading, TV). It was warmer in the evenings due to the atrium in the condo, but after the sun goes down, it does cool off. We will definitely consider this condo again.

Amazing property, super close to the beach.

We loved this place. AMAZING!! Very well decorated and so close to beach. Beach access a little hard to find but it is available and super close. This place is way better than described on the listing and has anything you would ever need available. Extremely clean. VAVASA just needs to do a better job on the description because we had everything you need for a vacation to the beach. We would come back to this place 100%!!

Amazing and great for families with babies/kids

Absolutely wonderful home! The unit had everything we needed (plus some!). A great option for families with young kids, toddlers and/or babies, as the home has no stairs and items kept at the house like booster seats and pack-n-plays mean less packing for those visiting. Also, the bunk room is great for older kids As it’s private with its own bathroom. Clean, comfortable, and a great location- only a 10 minute walk to the beach that’s paved and shaded. We will certainly be back - thank you for having us!!

Gorgeous!!!

We have stayed in Hilton Head for years and this is by far the most beautiful, roomy and affordable place we have ever stayed in. This is a penthouse that is close to the beach (about a 4 minute walk). I love the fact that the top floor had a secure entry (only way to get to top floor is with a special key fob). There was plenty of room for all 12 of us to relax. The only issue we had was the dryer. It would take 2 to 3 hours to dry a load and it would get very hot. After a call to Vacasa they very quickly sent someone to assess it. Great service! We will stay here again!

Great place to stay

This is a very large condo. It was very well appointed. The escalating cost will prevent us from returning as will the distance to the ocean. If you are young and sharing the cost of this unit it is absolutely a great place.

Two Family vacation

Our family and our friends all stayed at Village House 403. Loved the location to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. Very open living area. Dining area was great and was able to accommodate our large group. Communication with property was great once we arrived. Just getting questions answered before our arrival was more difficult. One complaint would be only having one key fob for so many people. Please consider having a second one. One other complaint were the beds. They were very firm, and difficult to get comfortable in. Even our kids were having trouble falling asleep. We got used to them by the last few nights. Overall, loved where we stayed, and the location is great!

Property great however vacasa struggled

The property was as expected from the description however my rental of the property switched just before my visit from Turnkey to Vacasa. This caused an issue with my check-in and had a gentleman just not happened to have been working late (thank you Payton) I may still be on hold with Vacasa trying to get the check-in completed. Also this property only had one FOB to the elevator to the Penthouse which meant everyone had to stay together or someone had to stay in the rental to allow others up the elevator. THIS property is well worth the money to stay based off amenities and location however I am not sure I will rent from Vacasa again.
