Perfect Family Getaway!

We had the best week at Coconut Cabana for our spring break! Three generations traveled together, and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and have space. The kids loved the heated pool, and the grandparents enjoyed the peaceful backyard and cabana in the evenings. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back!

Great for quick weekend staycation

We booked Coconut Cabana last minute for a quick weekend staycation, and it was exactly what we needed. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and so thoughtfully designed — we spent most of our time relaxing by the heated pool and enjoying the cozy cabana bar in the evenings. Everything was spotless. What a find!

What a find! We came down for the start of the Heritage with family (4 adults, 2 kids) and Coconut Cabana was just perfect. Heated pool was a total win — kids swam all day, and we hung out in the cabana every evening. Super chill vibe, close to everything but still tucked away and quiet. Already planning next year's trip!

We booked a last-minute long weekend at Coconut Cabana and couldn't have been happier! It was the perfect spot for our family of five — plenty of space for the kids, and the single-level layout made everything easy and comfortable. The heated pool and outdoor cabana were a huge hit, and we loved how peaceful the backyard felt. The home was beautifully kept and fully stocked with everything we needed. Sunny Escape from Winter!

We came down from the mid-west for a week at Coconut Cabana and it was exactly what we needed after all the cold back home! The weather was beautiful, and heating the pool was 100% worth it — our kids were in the water from morning till night. The backyard felt like our own private oasis with the palm trees and string lights, and the cabana area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The house was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Linda and Jay were great hosts and really easy to work with. We didn't wanna leave and already talking about coming back next year!

We loved this house! The layout was great and very kid friendly and close to a lot of fun activities and places we wanted to see. We thought the backyard was fenced in from the listing which made us a little nervous at furst with small kids but it ended up being great! Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Coconut Cabana! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we stepped into our own private island retreat. The backyard is pure magic — palm trees, string lights, and a warm pool that made even February feel like summer. We spent mornings sipping coffee by the pool and evenings watching the sunset from the cabana bar, with the sound of the fountain in the background. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and really comfortable for our group. We loved the easy, single-level layout — it made everything feel relaxing and connected. The kitchen had everything we needed, and all the thoughtful extras (like full-size shampoo and body wash, beach towels, and coffee supplies) made a big difference. We biked to the beach a few times — it was such a short and beautiful ride through Sea Pines — and even on cooler days, it was so nice just walking the neighborhood trails. Linda and Jay were wonderful hosts, always quick to respond and incredibly kind. You can tell they truly care about the guest experience. By the time we left, Coconut Cabana felt like a second home. It's peaceful, stylish, and full of small touches that make it special. We're already dreaming about coming back next year!

It is a lovely, well maintained property. The hosts provided lots of thoughtful items. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a lot, or a little. Nice walk or bike to the beach. The property is laid out well for some privacy and gathering space. The pool is very lovely and private.

Perfect Location on HHI

Very friendly and supportive hosts with quick reaction time - alsways helpful; perfectly located to all Sea Pines highlights like Harbor Town, South Beach Club, etc.; Bycicle path only 5min away; top house with a pool - our daughters loved it; perfectly sized house for us - we could even handle another 2 persons. Greeat vacation and we will come back.

We loved everything about our stay in this home. It was incredibly clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, and the backyard was cozy and private. They even left dog treats for our pup. Linda and Jay made check-in a breeze and sent all info we could possibly need prior to our arrival. The home is located in Sea Pines so it is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Great Place

I’ve been going to Hilton Head for 40 plus years and this was one of my favorite spots. The home was clean and well equipped. It was a cozy place perfect for our family. The property manager is the BEST I have ever worked with. They were extremely responsive and the small touches they made were great. We will be looking to stay here again.
