There are no additional cleaning fees, and a portion of every stay goes to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Easy, comfortable, and close to everything!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set the mini split to 68 degrees (heat or cool depending on the season)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There will be an additional $50 fee per pet per stay. Please bring a sheet or blanket to cover furniture. Pets MUST be housebroken.
Guests are responsible for covering property manager's hourly rate + all shipping costs for any forgotten items that need to be retrieved / shipped

This is the perfect place for a weekend get away with your dogs. Shae and Roger’s studio is just a short walk to the dog beach (5 minutes), and also had another public beach access right across the street. It’s very clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The outdoor shower made it so easy to clean off our dogs after a day at the beach. We happened to be here during the air show, and they communicated that to us with plenty of notice so we were able to prepare for crowds and noise (plus the air show was really fun!).

We are veterans, gym goers and adventurers. We love giving back through our businesses, and a portion of our proceeds go to St. Jude Children’s.

Our property is unique because not only because of its location so close to the beach, but the cozy vibes the space radiates. A lot of short term rentals are very bland and cookie cutter. We strive to go the extra mile to ensure you feel right at home. There is a lot of care and attention that went into making the space clean, comfortable, and welcoming to all guests. While many STR hosts aim for a hotel-like experience, we strive to bring a bit of local culture and personal touch.
