This 1 Bdrm Condo is a full one bedroom unit with a king-size bed in the bedroom on the lower level, and the living room, dining and kitchen on the upper level. There are great views of the sunrise from the lanai, from where you can also hear and watch the ocean. Punalu`u black sand beach is a short 10-minute walk.

The living room contains a queen-size sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps an additional two people. The room has a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan. It has a 37` flat-screen TV.
