The open-concept living/dining area—featuring a high-quality built-in kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to the terrace—offers you exceptional comfort. The bedroom features a luxurious box-spring double bed (180x200) and ample storage space for your clothes. In the spacious bathroom, you’ll find a sink, a toilet, and a walk-in rain shower. Free Wi-Fi is provided. A parking space on the property is reserved for you. Barbecues are not permitted.

The beach house is divided into 16 high-end apartments and a penthouse. The stylishly furnished apartments accommodate 2–4 people and are accessible via an lift on the upper floors. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace, heated floors, and a bathroom with a shower. The penthouse’s rooftop terrace also offers guests a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. Internet access, a parking space, and bicycle storage are available to our guests free of charge.
