Wieder mal ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt in der Wellness-Residenz Störtebecker. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und mit allem benötigten eingerichtet. Auch der renovierte Wellnessbereich hat uns gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Schöne Unterkunft, zentral gelegen aber ruhig, ggfs. für gehbeeintraechtigte Personen etwas schwieriger da der Schlafbereich durch eine Treppe erreicht werden muss. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht incl. Tiefgaragenstellplatz.

Wohnung Nr. 9 ist teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, vor allem Dusche. Geschirr etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Bügeleisen vorhanden, trotz Ausschreibung. Balkone etwas ungepflegt und unsauber, laden nicht zum Sitzen ein. Außenanlage auch nicht mehr gepflegt. Schade .....

Sehr Gast freundlich nicht weit bis zum Strand... Außer wen Mann mit Hunden hinfährst ist der Hunde Strand etwas weiter weg ca 30 Minuten zu Fuß .. aber sonst in allen sehr sauber und sehr schön Einkauf möglich nicht weit weg 5 Minuten zu Fuß

Eine gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, in der sich 2 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt haben.Hinweise:Bitte die Mückenbespannung am Fenster des Schlafbereiches erneuern ( Loch in der Bespannung)Die Abdeckung (Klappe) des Tiefkühlfaches hält nicht!Eine Auflage für die Relexliege müßte gesäubert werden.Der Fahrradabstellraum wird leider auch zur Abstellung alter Stühle usw. benutzt.Dadurch geht viel Platz für das eigentlich vorgesehende Abstellangebot verloren!!

Die Lage zu Stand/Hafen/Innenstadt war toll, die Küche gut eingerichtet, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr nett und der Tiefgaragenplatz praktisch, ABER: die Stiegen zum Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage waren furchtbar, gerade mit Koffern und ganz besonders schlimm war das Bett, sehr sehr niedrig und die Matratze eine regelrechte Zumutung für den Rücken.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, die Ferienwohnung lag sehr Zentral und war sehr schön. Das Essen in den Restaurants war überall gut. Empfehlenswert.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Zum Wohnraum/DasBad ist sehr klein/nicht funktional. Die Empore/Schlafraum zu warm und zu hell. Sonst alles okay.

Schöne Wohnungen zum erholen

Da wir außerhalb der Saison waren kann ich nur sagen......wir konnten unbeschwert mit an den Strand und entspannt spazieren gehen ...ein Traum. Immer wieder gern....außerhalb der Saison!

Zingst auch im Winter eine Reise wert!

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche der Ruhe und Erholung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziges Manko ist die fehlende Tür zum Schlafzimmer. Der Wellnessbereich im Haus ist großartig! Die ganze Wohnanlage liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Von der Buchung über die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin bis zur Qualität und Ausstattung der Wohnung - alles toll. Die Lage des Objektes - etwas abseits des Touristenstroms - ist optimal. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Zentral und ruhig

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger zentraler Lage mit Wellness ideal zum erholen und entspannen. Die Garage und der Fahrradkeller laden dazu ein das Auto auch mal stehen zu lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unterkunft mit hübscher Einrichtung und einigen Abstrichen

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist hübsch eingerichtet. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der Erstkontakt mit Frau Zinnow war sehr nett. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber (Fotos kann ich gern senden). Sie war teilweise eingestaubt und hatte andere Unreinheiten, so dass wir vermuten sie war eine Zeit nicht bewohnt und wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht auf Sauberkeit überprüft. Den Kontakt mit dem Vermietungsbüro fand ich nicht sehr wertschätzend. Antwort auf meine Frage per E-Mail kam ohne Anrede, Grußformel etc. zurück. Mir wurden nur die Tresornummer und der Code genannt. Sorry eine wertschätzende Kommunikation ist anders. Interessant wäre auch der Hinweis gewesen das sich der Tresor nicht bei der Wohnung befindet sondern beim Vermietungsbüro. Das habe ich dann aber per Suchen und mit einem sehr netten Bewohner herausbekommen. Da wir Zingst seit geraumer Zeit ca. 3 - 4 x pro Jahr besuchen und somit einen guten Vergleich haben muss ich leider feststellen das wir diesmal mit der Unterkunft kein Glück hatten. Bitte sehen Sie meine Hinweise als Feedback und nicht als Kritik. Aus Feedback lässt sich lernen. Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute.

Wohlfühlambiente

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Raumgestaltung und Einrichtung (hell, freundlich, hochwertig). Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war erstklassig (stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend). Das Malheur mit dem niedrigen Warmwasserdruck wurde innerhalb von 1/2 Stunde beseitigt. Der Haupthahn wurde vermutlich von einem Gast fast zugedreht. Sauberkeit: für uns ist es selbstverständlich, dass man innerhalb von 14 Tagen (wie Zuhause auch) mehrfach einen Lappen in die Hand nimmt. Ansonsten sollte man ein Hotel vorziehen. Würde das jeder tun, wären die Endergebnisse vermutlich besser ;-). Ansonsten top Wohnung!

Herrliche Ferien in Zingst

Wir waren bereits mehrere Male in Zingst. Dieser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung 9 - Wellnessresidenz Störtebeker - hat alles übertroffen. Ein kleines Minus in der Gesamtbewertung gibt es für den schwachen Warmwasserdruck der Dusche. Normales Duschen war nicht möglich, höchstens mit kaltem Wasserstrahl.
