The building has a great pool and social area including a decently equipped gym, with a beautiful ocean view. It has a number of shops, minimarkets and restaurants, all of which are pricey, but decent.However, there were issues while staying here. The first is size! If i had to guess the entire apt is only 200 sq feet and it felt cramped. Given the price point, there is just substantially better value in Panama (even in that very same building).The second was cleanliness. I offered to check in late as I was staying 4 weeks and saw on their calendar that they probably had another long stay prior. Despite this the apt was poorly cleaned. After bringing this up, it was cleaned again shortly after. However this wasn't done well either (at this point I didn't feel the point in bringing it up yet again, as someone who can't clean well twice in a row isn't going to make #3 a charm...).
