Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our charming holiday home, situated in a quiet yet central location. Our house offers 5 comfortable holiday flats and 2 cozy apartments, ideal for couples, families, or small groups. Shopping facilities and a bicycle rental service are just a 5-minute bike ride away, while the vibrant town center can be reached in about 10 minutes.

The family-friendly South Beach (Südstrand) and the adjacent, expansive dog beach are just a 7-minute walk away. The North Beach (Nordstrand), featuring a promenade and music pavilion, is also easily accessible within 15 minutes by bike.

All units feature a private terrace or balcony—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for your use.

For additional comfort, bed linen and towels can be booked for €14.00 per person. Washing machines and dryers are also available on-site.

Die Unterkunft aber okay,die Komunikation mit dem Gastgeber/Besitzer mäßig.Kurkarte bei Ankunft nicht vorhanden,bei Nachfrage beim Reinigungsteam/Hausmeister wollten sie nachfragen.Ergebnis:Wurde gegen 23.00 Uhr den Tag auf die Emailadresse nach Hause geschickt.Sohn schickte uns diese den nächsten Tag aufs Handy.Im Vorfeld wurde die vorgehensweise uns nicht mitgeteilt.Mal telefoniert,auf AB gesprochen,kein Rückruf erhalten.

Die Kurkarten werden automatisch digital am Anreisetag von der Kurverwaltung versandt. Es tut mir leid, dass die Kurkarte nicht am Handy angezeigt wurde. Wir werden deshalb die Karten in Zukunft ein paar Tage vor Anreise manuell weiterleiten. Da wir selber auf Borkum Urlaub gemacht haben, waren wir telefonisch zuhause nicht erreichbar. Als wir von dem Problem erfahren haben, waren wir 2x an der Ferienwohnung und konnten dort den Gast nicht erreichen. Deshalb wurde die Karte dann nochmal versandt.Wir haben uns also direkt um das Problem gekümmert uns leider aber immer wieder verpasst.

Nicht zu empfehlen…

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung enttäuschend. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig – in mehreren Ecken fanden wir Staub und Schmutz und die Küche war klebrig und wirkte unhygienisch. Im Kühlschrank waren Essensreste der Vormieter zu finden und die Schubladen nicht ausgewaschen, dass sich Haare und dreckiges Besteck und Geschirr dadrin befanden. Die Innenbetten hatten Flecken. Auch die Größe der Wohnung war ein großes Problem. Obwohl sie für vier Erwachsene ausgeschrieben war, war sie viel zu klein. Die Räume wirkten deutlich kleiner als auf den Fotos, was den Aufenthalt sehr unbequem machte. Der Vermieter hat sich trotz mehrfachen Hinweis nur auf ein minimales Entgegenkommen eingelassen. Insgesamt entsprach die Wohnung nicht unseren Erwartungen und wir würden sie nicht weiterempfehlen.

Leider waren krankheitsbedingt unsere verlässlichen und erprobten Reinigungskräfte nicht verfügbar. Es tat uns sehr leid, dass die Wohnung nicht einwandfrei übergeben wurde.Wir haben deshalb einen Teil der Endreinigungskosten erstattet.Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ca. 40 qm groß und es war den Gästen bekannt, dass es beengt sein würde. Im Ferienhaus bieten wir weitere Wohnungen und Appartements an, die gerne parallell gebucht werden. Ausserdem haben wir noch eine größere Wohnung, die gerne von Familien genutzt wird.

Die Wohnung war passend! Klein aber alles da was man benötigte! Die Lage ist toll! Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand! Die Insel ist einfach erholsam!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Nette Ferienwohnung

Es hat uns gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, das Bad relativ neu . Das einzige ist das Schlafzimmer, es könnte 50 cm breiter sein, einer muss von vorne ins Bett. Außerdem wird an den Bettwaren gespart . Das passt alles nicht. Daran könnte man was ändern.

Vielen Dank für die nette Bewertung unserer Ferienwohnung, die in 2022 komplett renoviert wurde. Im Schlafzimmer wurden hochwertige neue Matratzen ausgelegt und auch die Oberbetten und die Kissen haben normales Maß. Wir verwenden mediterrane Bettwäsche aus Seersucker.

Hat alles gut gepasst und Vermieter wahr sehr nett. Wohnung 2 hat Badezimmertugang nur durchs Schlafzimmer...das war ein bissl unpraktisch. Location ist zwischen beiden Bahnhöfen (je ca 1km) und deshalb mit Koffern und zu Fuß etwas anstrengend...aber sonst alles gut und Strand fußläufig in 10 min
