We had to drive 15 minutes to get the keys in the office and pay toll for that. The property was ok. They had air fresheners that made smell great but it was not clean. They offer comforters but they were all dirty ( food stains and hair). Thankfully the house has washer and dryer so I ran it before going to bed, but not what I expected doing on vacation. Closets were packed with painting/ construction supplies. They offered a lot of dishes, paper towels and cleaning supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Days before our stay they changed one of the beds from king to queen. Bathroom is extremely small. Half bath barely fits the toilet. The worst was the list of to do before leaving the unit : floor swept and vacuumed, trash taken out and liners replaced, separate recycle, toilet, sink, tub rinsed, bedspread and pillows placed on bed. Based on that I think they have the guest clean the unit and no one else cleans after. We will skip this one next time.
