This beautiful Villa Ajlin is located in a quiet area near the sea and just a few minutes from the tourist town of Medulin. The location of this holiday home allows for relaxation but also offers various activities such as jet skiing, diving, paragliding, and much more.The villa has four well-equipped bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The stylishly decorated ground floor consists of a living room and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cozy bedroom with its own bathroom. A staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor, where there are three more comfortable and beautifully decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms and TVs. All bedrooms have double beds and direct access to their own balconies, providing an additional private spot to enjoy the beautiful sea view.If you want to spend your vacation in the sun, you will find a refreshing pool in front of the villa, perfect for warm sunny days. If you prefer swimming in the sea, the nearest beach in the bay is just 100 m from the villa. Mukalba Beach is 300 m away, and Medulin Beach is about 1.5 km. The villa also features an outdoor kitchen behind the house, perfect for preparing meals in the open air, and a ping pong table for fun with family and friends. Outside the house, there is also a dining area with a charcoal grill.Private parking is available on a fully fenced property. We look forward to hosting you as one of the first guests in Villa Ajlin. Tolle Ferienvilla

Die Villa befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage und ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und zum eigenen Strand sind es nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr freundlich und nett. Wir hatten zwei kleine Probleme mit der Elektrik, um diese hat sich jedoch die Vermieterin umgehend gekümmert sodass diese sehr zeitnah behoben werden konnten.

Wunderschöne Ferienvilla, Topausstattung, mehr als ausreichend für 8 Erwachsene und einen Corgi ;), 3 grosse Pkw können im Grundstück geparkt werden. Sehr, sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin, jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Hervorragende Location

Das ist eine sehr schöne Villa an einer sehr schönen Lage. Die Zimmer sind aussergewöhnlich schön und grosszügig. Das Haus ist allgemein recht grosszügig gebaut. Man hat genug Raum und auch Stauraum. Die Möbel sind sehr gut gewählt und auch bequem und praktisch. Sehr geschätzt haben wir auch den Umschwung und den Grill. Technisch ist das Haus auch sehr gut ausgerüstet! Auch in der Küche ist alles sehr gut bestückt. Es ist auch sehr hell im Haus. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt sehr und haben uns auch gut erholt. Gerne empfehlen wir das Haus weiter!
