Landhaus Anita

Landhaus Anita is located in the heart of the idyllic South Tyrolean mountain landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Kronplatz ski area (Dolomiti Superski). It is the ideal starting point for numerous skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and climbing tours.

Situated in a quiet yet very well-connected area, the Kronplatz ski area can be reached on foot in about ten minutes or by bus (bus stop directly in front of the house, travel time approx. two minutes).
For parking at the Percha lift station, we provide you with an E-key, allowing you to park your car free of charge and conveniently.

If you are traveling by car, Landhaus Anita offers a large, enclosed garage (61.6 m²) free of charge, with space for up to two cars.
The train station is located directly at the lift and is an eight-minute walk from our house.

Even during high summer, the house remains pleasantly cool without air conditioning, as it is situated at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level.

For daily necessities, you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, optician, children’s store, and a restaurant within an eight-minute walk.
The small town of Bruneck (4 km) offers a wide range of shopping opportunities, numerous cafés, a rich cultural program, and a Christmas market.

Nearby attractions:

Lake Pragser Wildsee, Lake Toblach, Lake Antholz, the Percha earth pyramids, Rieserferner Nature Park, the Three Peaks (Tre Cime di Lavaredo), Fanes–Sennes–Braies Nature Park.
You can also visit Bruneck Castle, Taufers Castle, the Museum of Folklore, the Prettau Climate Gallery Mine Museum, the Reinhold Messner Mountain Museum, and Biathlon Antholz.

Our professional cleaning company ensures perfect cleanliness and disinfects all surfaces, bed linen, and towels in accordance with the guidelines of the health authorities.

The house is built on multiple levels, meaning there are stairs between different living areas. Therefore, young children (from 6 years of age) must be supervised especially carefully.

Appreciations

I am happy to share my experiences of staying in Anita's house. We were two families living in the apartment, divided into two floors. We found plenty of space for 6 people; all was very nice and tidy. We really enjoyed our time there. One thing to take into account is that the house is located on a hill, so you have to walk quite uphill, at least the last 300 meters.

Großzügige Wohnung in guter Lage

Anitas Landhaus ist bestens ausgestattet und steht in ruhiger Lage in Percha mit Supermarkt und Restaurant in fußläufiger Umgebung. Die große Garage mit direktem Zugang zum Haus bietet genug Platz für zwei Autos. Anita ist sehr gut auf ihre Gäste vorbereitet und steht bei Rückfragen jedezeit zur Verfügung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Skiurlaub im Landhaus Anita

Wir hatten als Familie einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub im Landhaus Anita verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Autos konnten in der großzügigen Garage geparkt werden. Die Talstation Percha ist in höchstens 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso ist ein Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Anita hat uns bei der Ankunft und während des Aufenthalts hervorragend betreut.

Tolles Haus und nette Vermieterin

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und ruhig gelegen. Für uns vier war es genau richtig, geräumig und hell, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Garage bot richtig viel Platz für unseren beiden Autos. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Supermarkt mit Bäcker und die Gondelstation zum Kronplatz sehr gut, vor der Tür hält auch ein Bus nach Bruneck. Die Kommunikation mit Anita war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Landhaus Anita Perca South Tyrol

Very good. A very comfortable property in an excellent location. Close to Drei Zinnen and the other Dolomites. Ten minutes drive to Brunick. Opposite Kronplatz and its cable cars and near a good pool at Olang. Anita was communicative and helpful throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Besser geht es nicht

Wir (Vater, Mutter und drei Kinder) haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Percha verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig und doch zentral - ideal, um einen wunderbaren (Ski)-urlaub zu verbringen. Anita ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Kurz gesagt: Wir fühlen uns bei ihr wie zuhause. Alles ist liebevoll, bis ins letzte Detail, gestaltet, ausgestattet und dekoriert. Anita war für uns jederzeit ansprechbar. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Als ich zB. den ÖPNV benutzen wollte, war sie mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Das Haus ist eine Wucht. Die sehr gehobene Ausstattung ist in sich stimmig und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir werden gerne immer wieder zurück kommen. Eine Adresse, die man sich merken muss! Einfach empfehlenswert!
