Here you will stay in a vacation home in a class of its own with room for many guests. The open room concept up to the gable in combination with large windows makes the house very spacious and bright. The furnishings are modern, underfloor heating provides a pleasant indoor climate throughout the house. The living room is the natural center of the house. Here you can make yourself comfortable, watch movies on the flat screen, and in winter enjoy the warmth and cozy atmosphere of the stove. In the large, open and very well equipped kitchen it is a feast to prepare delicious dishes together. Of the four bedrooms, one is equipped with TV. In the house there is also a large attic with two beds and two bathrooms. In the utility room you will find a freezer, washing machine and dryer. The house has an energy-friendly heat pump system and a charging possibility for electric cars.

The house is situated on a large natural plot with a playhouse, swings and a soccer goal. Here the children can have fun while you relax on the 89 m2 partially covered terrace with various outdoor furniture and gas barbecue, or have your meals outside. The terrace runs around a large part of the house, so you will find a suitable spot at any time of day. An absolute highlight is the outdoor spa, where you can wonderfully relax and enjoy the balmy summer evenings under the stars. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after coming home from a beach trip.

You only have a few steps to walk before you can jump into the blue water. You'll be staying very close to Snogebæk, which has good restaurants, kiosks and various stores. If you head south along the coast, you will come to Dueodde, where you can experience perhaps the most popular swimming beach and lighthouse on the island. If you head north, you will soon reach the charming town of Nexø.
